PRIVATE LESSONS
WHY PRIVATE LESSONS?
Private lessons provide personalized, one-on-one instruction tailored to each dancer’s goals, skill level, and individual needs. Through focused coaching and immediate feedback, dancers can improve technique, build confidence, refine stylization, and accelerate their progress beyond what is typically possible in a group setting.
Lessons may be used for competition choreography, individualized help with team choreography, or targeted work on specific skills and performance quality.
Dancers can schedule lessons individually (as a solo lesson) or with a partner to share the cost, whether they prefer a weekly standing lesson time or occasional coaching sessions, while the scheduling system helps ensure fair opportunities for all dancers.

HOW IT WORKS
Option 1: Standing Weekly Lessons
- To schedule, simply click on the links below for the coach you’d like to work with. Each coach has their own sign-up sheet where you can view their available times, price, and policies etc.
- If you sign up for a spot on the Master Schedule, that becomes your weekly standing lesson for the rest of the school year.
- Each week we will send out a copy of the Master Schedule Document with that week’s date on it through the GroupMe message thread. This allows families to cancel or adjust as needed. If you need to miss a week, remove your dancer’s name from the schedule as soon as possible. This allows other students to use that time. Don’t worry, your standing slot will still be reserved for future weeks.
- Check the schedule every week. Occasionally, the coach may need to cancel lessons due to events or other commitments. You’re welcome to move your lesson to another available time.
Option 2: Flexible Weekly Lessons
- If there is a coach that you would need flexible lessons with, fill out the table at the bottom of their master schedule. You will be added to their weekly GroupMe message thread.
- Each week we will send out a copy of the Master Schedule via the GroupMe thread. If there are any cancellations/open slots that week, anyone who would like a lesson can sign up in those slots.
- NOTE: Signing up on the weekly schedule will only be valid for that week. If you would like to secure a standing weekly lesson, reach out to the coach to see if they can add time for you.
