At the age of 19 I attended RAD summer intensive in Long Beach CA where I studied the Advanced 2 Exam, later receiving a Distinction on the Exam, earning my ARAD (Associate of the Royal Academy of Dance)
From the ages of 12-18 Mallory attended BYU advanced summer intensive learning everything from ballet, jazz, modern, and character. She has performed in The Nutcracker with Utah Regional and Ballet West. She had the opportunity to dance in the opening ceremonies for the 2002 Paralympic Winter Games. In more recent years, Mallory was apart of Utah Valley Civic Ballet Company dancing lead roles in full length ballets such as Swan Lake, Firebird, Peter Pan, Nutcracker, and La Fille Mal Garde.
Mallory has been assisting, choreographing, and teaching ballet, contemporary, and Irish dance for 14 years at School of Ballet Arts. Regarding teaching dance, she says “Dance has been a big part of my life, I hope I can help others to learn and do their very best, I want to inspire my students and I hope they learn to love dance the way I do.”
